Problem Note 58124: A published instance in SAS® Firmwide Risk for Solvency II is not shown as published in the user interface, and the Publish option remains available
When you publish an instance in SAS Firmwide Risk for Solvency II, you might not see a change in the user interface to reflect that the instance has been published. That is, the State column might not display the Published symbol, and the instance might still seem to be publishable or editable.
This issue occurs only when you attempt to publish a preexisting instance for the first time after you have upgraded or migrated from the SAS Firmwide Risk for Solvency II 3.1 release to the 3.2 release. It does not occur with new instances, which are correct after the first publishing.
Workaround
Publish the instance a second time. After doing this, the user interface change should reflect that the instance has been published.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
After you have upgraded SAS Firmwide Risk for Solvency II and then publish a preexisting instance for the first time, the user interface might not reflect that the instance has been published.
